Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original FALKE packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized shipping point and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 14 days.
